One symposium and one poster at the ISRE 2022!
Déborah Epicoco, Dr Domicele Jonauskaite and Giulia Spagnulo were happy to represent our colour research group at the International Society for Research on Emotion, held at the University of Southern California this July.
Déborah and Domicele were part of a colour symposium, entitled “Feeling blue or just thinking blue?“ and they each presented a talk. Déborah talked about how conceptual learning plays an essential role in learning colour-emotion associations for children and adolescents. Domicele presented her fascinating work on how reduced colour perception affects colour-emotion associations.
Giulia presented a poster, on colour-emotion association after mood induction. She showed that your mood does not matter when it comes to your associations and how stable, despite feeling differently. If you wish to know more, the poster is available here.
If you wish to know more about the conference in itself and the different work presented, the full program is available here.
