Young Scientist Award from the Swiss Psychological Society goes to Domicele Jonauskaite

SPS Young Scientist Award

Every two years, the SPS awards the Young Scientist Award in the field of psychology.

The Swiss Psychological Society awards the Young Scientist Award biannually to highlight an excellent publication produced during the PhD thesis in the field of psychology. The prize is intended to promote young researchers in Switzerland in the field of scientific psychology.

This year, one of the two awards went to Domicele Jonauskaite for her article “Universal patterns in colour-emotion associations are further shaped by linguistic and geographic proximity”, published in Psychological Science. The article is one of 16 publications produced during her thesis, all dealing with psychological meaning of colour.
