An interesting fact is that the appearance of colour term orange in German or in French, is actually quite recent, as it is said to have emerged only sometime during the Middle Ages. Today it seems difficult to imagine! Not having a colour term to talk about pumpkins and oranges…

Anyway, I don’t know if it’s the orange, or the crispy autumn air, but there is definitely something that gives this time of year a magical touch!
